Students are charged in incidents

Pitt-Johnstown police charged Kelli Anne Kallatch, 20, of Johnstown with scattering rubbish Nov. 4.

Campus Police Officer Edward Ostrowski reported in a citation filed Nov. 6 that Kallatch threw a beer can into bushes along Student Union Drive.

A $210 fine was listed for the offense.

Pitt-Johnstown police charged student Nathan J. Kleya, 22, of Monroeville, Allegheny County with disorderly conduct Nov. 11.

Campus Police Officer Tabitha Leary reported in a citation filed Nov. 13 that Kleya caused public annoyance at a College Park Apartment.

A $210 fine was listed for the offense.

Pitt-Johnstown police charged students Jake Fabrizi Dehass, 22, of Monroeville, Allegheny County; Joseph Thomas Driscoll, 22, of Johnstown; and Peter Ethan Kipin, 21, of Johnstown, with disorderly conduct Nov. 11.

Police also charged Dylan James Manning, 26, of Johnstown, and William James Moniodes Pihiou, 22, of Johnstown also were charged with disorderly conduct Nov. 11.

In a citation filed Nov. 13 by Leary, she reported that the five were in possession of marijuana at a College Park Apartment.

A $260 fine was listed for each offense.

Pitt-Johnstown police charged former student Brendon A. Marks, 19, of Pittsburgh, with disorderly conduct Nov. 12.

Campus police officer Brian Colbert reported in a citation filed Nov. 13 that Marks created a hazardous condition at a Sunset Lodge.

A $260 fine was listed for the offense.

Pitt-Johnstown police charged student Marley Ann Marendo, 21, of Linesville, Crawford County, with disorderly conduct Nov. 18.

In a citation filed Nov. 20 by Leary, she reported that Marendo activated an emergency phone in the Wellness Center and then ran away.

A $260 fine was listed for the offense.

Pitt-Johnstown police charged student Duncan Nicholas Ziants, 21, of Johnstown, with not obeying traffic control devices Nov. 30.

Campus Police Officer Dwight Keim reported in a citation filed Dec. 1 that Ziants failed to stop at a stop sign along Highfield Avenue.

A $182 fine was listed for the offense.

Pitt-Johnstown police charged students Dale Anthony Clancy Jr., 22, of Pittsburgh and Laurel Ann O’Barto, 21, of Blairsville, Indiana County with theft of services Nov. 30.

In a citation filed Nov. 30 by Ostrowski, he reported that Barto provided her parking pass for Clancy to use in the parking lot along Highfield Avenue.

A $210 fine was listed for both offenses.
