Pitt-Johnstown police accused Taylor Smith, 19, of Conemaugh Township, Cambria County, with purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of liquor or malt or brewed beverages March 30.

Officer Edward Ostrowski alleged, in a citation filed April 1, that Smith was under 21 years old and consumed alcoholic beverages to the extent where she had to be transported to a hospital and be treated for an alcohol overdose.

He also alleged she had been vomiting and had bloodshot eyes.

A $461 fine was listed for the offense.
