Noise Complaint

While on patrol, police heard excessive noise coming from the third floor of Willow. Police spoke to residents. A judicial complaint was filed.

Disorderly Conduct

An intoxicated non-student ran from police. Citations were issued.

Alcohol Violation

An intoxicated male was transported to Windber Medical Center.

Alcohol Violation

An individual received an alcohol violation. A judicial complaint was filed,  and a citation was issued.

Alcohol Violation

Officers observed loud music coming from Larkspur 4. A judicial complaint was filed for an unregistered party and violated quiet hours.

Officers observed a male kicking over a full garbage can. Actor was identified and a judicial complaint was filed.

Drugs

A marijuana odor was reported. Investigation was conducted. A citation was issued, and a judicial complaint was filed.
