10:40 p.m., Living/Learning Center

Drugs

A marijuana odor was reported. An investigation was conducted, and charges were filed.

April 1

1 a.m., Student Union Drive

Alcohol Violation

Officers observed an individual driving a vehicle on the sidewalk. The individual was stopped and identified. An alcohol odor was detected on breath. A citation was issued and a judicial complaint was filed.

7:30 a.m., Sunset Lodge

Animal Complaint

A groundhog in a building was reported. Upon the patrol officers’ arrival, the animal was found to be a porcupine. Grounds crew officers assisted with releasing the porcupine from the building.

7 p.m., Physical Plant Building

Suspicious Vehicle

An officer observed an individual placing wooden crates in the bed of his truck. The individual was given permission from Physical Plant employees to take the crates.

April 2

4:47 p.m., Laurel Hall

Drugs

A maintenance worker reported finding a bong in a refrigerator that he was exchanging.  A judicial complaint was filed.

April 3

1:17 a.m., Foxfire Lodge

Drugs

Officers were on foot patrol in North Lodges. Upon entering a lodge, a strong odor of burning marijuana was observed. An investigation was conducted. Non-students were located and transported to Cambria County jail. Charges were filed, and citations were issued.

Hawthorn Lodge

Drugs

Individuals were found smoking marijuana in an electronic cigarette. Citations were issued.

April 6

6:10 p.m., Wellness Center Parking Lot

Criminal Mischief

An individual reported a vehicle being damaged while it was parked.
