Suspicious Persons

Officer observed a large group running from behind the Murtha building’s construction area. Officer attempted to stop the group but came upon a vehicle driving on a sidewalk.

1:46 a.m., Campus

Traffic Violation

Officer observed vehicle driving on a sidewalk. The vehicle was stopped and the driver identified. The driver appeared to be under the influence and was transported to Connmaugh Memorial Hospital. Citations were issued.

5:50 a.m., Campus

Criminal Mischief

Foreman of E&S construction reported construction trailer broken into overnight. Investigation was continued.

Suspicious Person

Officers were notified by Somerset 911 to be on the lookout for an individual wanted in Somerset County. Officers checked the area with negative results.

Alcohol was confiscated, and judicial complaints were filed.

Intoxicated individual was transported to Windber Medical Center.

Cambria County 911 reported a hang-up call. Officers checked the area with negative results.

Disturbance

Officers received a report of verbal altercation between two individuals. Officers spoke to both parties and advised both to call it a night. Both complied.
