Off Campus


Cambria County Emergency Services Department was contacted about an explosion on campus. They were advised that the explosion was at the fireworks from the wrestlers’ celebration.

March 16

3:49 a.m.

Student Union Drive

Hang up

A 911 hang up was reported. Police checked the area, and no problems were found.

8:22 a.m.

Lower Townhouse Parking Lot


Police received a request for parking assistance.

March 17

12:59 a.m.

Log Cabin


Police received a complaint of a commotion. An officer responded and cleared the area.

1:11 a.m.

Briar Lodge


Police received a complaint of an altercation. Upon police arriving, no one could be located.

2:32 p.m.

Blackington Hall


A panic alarm was set off accidentally.

March 19

11:06 p.m.

Laurel Hall

Odor Investigation

Police received report of a marijuana odor. An officer responded and found negative results.

12:51 a.m.

Nursing and Health Science Building

Criminal Mischief

An officer found a faculty/staff parking sign pulled out of the ground. A maintenance request was filed to have the sign put back in.
